Frequently Asked Questions
How long will my dog be walked for?
Your dog will get a full hours walk in the park, depending on location of the park your dog will be out between 1.5 hours and 2 hours.
Will my dog be travelling safely and comfortably?
Yes. We have a van with segregated crates giving each dog their own space and comfort throughout their journey. Each crate has it’s own bed and water bowl. Throughout summer the vehicle will be air conditioned.
How many dogs do you walk at a time?
We aim to walk 5 dogs per walk which generally includes one of our own, sometimes there might be one more or less (depending on any emergencies) but 6 dogs would be maximum.
Do you have any cancellation fees?
We are super flexible and always do our best to help. You are welcome to cancel or change a service booking, but if you do so with less than 24 hours notice we charge 50% of the service booked.
Are you insured?
Yes. We are fully insured and CRB checked.
Are the vehicle's secured?
Yes, we have a double locking and an alarm system throughout. We never leave the vehicle unlocked.
